Online personal training support with Esin is designed to give self motivated and purpose driven individuals the tools they need to maximise achieving their goals. Clients receive monthly workout plans in the form of exercise video demonstrations for ease of understanding and application. An interactive platform is designed to make keeping a log and tracking progress a seamless process.  

Commitment, consistency, and accountability are key components required from each client who embarks on this pathway to achievement with Esin. In support of this, regular weekly check-ins along with the ability to schedule and receive email reminders are put in place. This is to help ensure each clients trajectory continues to progress in the right direction.
